Can a founder there use it?

Choosing a route
Selling software or digital products to customers abroad usually means a merchant of record, which handles sales tax and pays you out. Selling to customers at home usually means a local gateway in your currency. Our guides compare both: Stripe not available in my country and merchant of record vs Stripe.
How we check
Each answer comes from the provider's own page, read on the date shown on that country's page: Stripe's global availability page, each merchant of record's payout country list, and each gateway's pricing page. Where a provider's pages disagree or we couldn't load one, the cell says "Not confirmed" and the country page says why. We don't take payment or affiliate fees from any provider here.
