Post where you got to. Most of the value is in the 30 days of showing up, and your pod will want to know what got in the way.

The finish line

On day 1 you set one goal you can prove by day 30: launch to the public, your first 10 paying customers, a set amount of monthly revenue, v1 in users' hands, or something just as concrete. On day 30 you post the proof. Your pod agrees the goal on day 1, so nobody moves the line later.

How it runs

Before it starts Sign up below. Already a member? Use the same email, it just adds you to the cohort.
Day 1, Tue 5 Jan Kick-off online at 4pm Bali time, then post your goal and your proof in the cohort thread. Pods are posted that evening.
Every day A three line check-in: what you did, what's next, what's in the way. The daily prompt goes up each morning, Bali time.
Every Tuesday A live hot seat online at 4pm Bali time on 12, 19 and 26 January. Three members get 12 minutes each with the room.
Every Friday Wins thread: post the best thing that happened this week, however small.
Demo day, Tue 2 Feb On RB Live at 4pm Bali time. Finishers show what they hit, and everyone who posted proof is named.
Day 30, Wed 3 Feb Post your proof and what you're doing next.

Your pod

Pods are five people, grouped by time zone and what you build. Each pod agrees its members' goals on day 1, reads the check-ins, and has a captain who tags anyone who's gone quiet for two days.

Who it's for

Anyone building a business who wants January to end with something real, not a plan for February.
Every kind of business: SaaS and AI, agencies and services, ecom, freelance and creators.
You can give it about an hour a day from Tuesday 5 January to Wednesday 3 February 2027.
