Good to know

Zendesk's own help articles conflict: one says bootstrapped is OK up to Series B and 250 staff; a more recently edited one requires VC funding up to Series A and under 50 staff. Excludes consulting, add-ons and Talk minutes. Don't start a paid plan before approval.
